FACEBOOK MESSENGER SUPPORTS MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS ON ANDROID

Today, Facebook released an update for the support of multiple accounts on Android version of Facebook Messenger with the same features. By enabling multiple accounts, users can use one phone for many accounts making switching easy and fun. To use this feature, go to the Settings menu under Accounts and allow it.
Facebook says that this nice feature was added to allow users to "share their phones and tablets with members of their family and friends." while their messages stay private.
"All over the world, hundreds of millions of people share their phones and tablets with members of their family and friends. At Messenger, we want to make communication simpler, more seamless and secure, so we are happy that we have now launched a feature on Android that enables multiple people to log in and use Messenger from a single, shared device.
A password is required the very first time a multiple accounts is allowed on the app. After that, the account holder can decide whether or not a password is needed.

Update to the new Android version of Facebook Messenger could hit your device at anytime. You can go for the manual update  by opening the Google Play Store and check for pending updates.
