HOW TO HIDE WHATSAPP CHATS ON ANY PHONE

Whatshapp as it stands now remains the most popular messaging application in the world with over 900 million active users recorded in 2015.

Now that many people are getting familiar with the application, user might want to hide a particular chat or conversation without necessarily delete it. In this article, am going to show you how you can hide some of the chat you had with any of your contacts or probably your girlfriend without downloading any application.

HOW TO DO IT

• Open your whatsapp application.
• On the chat screen, click hold on the particular contact you want to hide the chat.

• Select "Archive chat" on the options that pop up on the screen.

• On clicking on archive chat, the chat of the selected contact will be removed from the main chat screen and moved to archive folder.

• Swipe down the  whatsapp chat screen to see your archived chat folder.
